Foods not to eat for acne and azelaic acid cream acne

The human condition is always eliminating bacteria through sweat. Sweat is not just for cooling the body down as a release mechanism. Sweat glands also eliminate waste mixed in with the sweat. This goes to show why some people should never take off their shoes and also why under arm deodorants sell like crazy.
Since the oil can't get out, it starts building up inside your pore. Once your pore is full, it expands sideways until it's all puffed up full of oil like a water balloon. Now that you've got a nice pool of oil built up in your pore it is a magnet for bacteria. Bacteria then swarm around and feed off the oil, creating pus and infection. Voila - now you have a lovely big pimple!
If you do not like ginger, you can try garlic too. Garlic and ginger belong to the same family and garlic too has similar effects on your body. I have no idea if one of the herbs here is better than the other, but based on my personal experience, ginger and garlic have similar strength in treating acne. I prefer consuming ginger because its taste is much more acceptable to me when consumed in the form of juice. I can add honey, sugar and other flavorings to make it taste better. If you think garlic makes a great juice for you, then you might want to try garlic too. If it is possible, you should drink only pure, fresh ginger or garlic juice for maximum effects.
